Delegates Well!
Are you a good leader? If you are a good leader then you know how to delegate well. A micromanager is not the kind of leader you want. Plus if your leader knows him/herself well than he/she will know what their limitations are and delegate the right person for the job. However even good leaders sometimes pick the wrong people. But they also pick the right people too. It's all a matter of trial and error.
