It would be nice if more cars could run without gasoline but since they don't and the majority of the cars do.  Then Circle K has an option where you get a card that is used like a credit card but isn't.  It's kind of like PayPal for gasoline users.  If you're looking for travel safety on the road then this may be an option to choose.  Bon Voyage!

In Your 50's

Remember your younger self?  Sometimes it was effortless to look slim and trim but as you get older you start noticing the area around your stomach.  Instead of pinching an inch, it's like you pinched half a yardstick...  Ok so not really half a yardstick but you know what I mean...  The older you get the harder it is to get that belly fat to move.  A good rule of thumb is the 12 hour rule which is don't eat for 12 hours.  That means that if you eat at 7am then the last time you eat is 7pm and so on and so on.  Also start eating more protein and veggies and eat less starch.  If you're looking for a great workout then I recommend Gilad.  He has gotten older but still is in great shape!  Plus you get to look at scenic Hawaii!

What is it?

Do you wear glasses?  Are you wanting to know what to do with old glasses that you don't wear anymore?  Then take them to a local Lions Club!  They will take the glasses and give them to someone that needs them.  It's like paying it forward...

Damaged Moral Compass

Beware!

Ever meet a person with a damaged moral compass?  You will know them because they will lie, cheat, and steal from you...  I met a man earlier this year that would always says things like how he NEVER does this or that while he is in fact doing that very thing.  He is like the boy who cried wolf.  After a time you stop believing any thing he says and in fact will just placate him by saying "Yeah, oh yeah?  Do go on..." while all the time thinking what a liar...  Shaking my head...  Oh well!  Such is life!  It takes all kinds to make the world go round...  However ever notice that a con artist never likes to be conned?

If you ever find yourself dating someone with a damaged moral compass then try to carefully extricate yourself.  Play along with that person until you can just disappear from their life.  I remember this guy that proposed to me after three weeks of dating.  When I broke up with him he asked if we could marry each other if neither or us were married in five years.  I'm sorry but if you break up with someone why would you want to marry them later?  Especially one with a damaged moral compass who keeps stalking you like that is supposed to make you change your mind...

The best solution is to never have met them in the first place.

Lately it's been windy...  Very windy...  Like howling wind where the leaves dance in circles especially when you are trying to walk through them.  The colors of the leaves are changing and there is a nip in the air.  Time to get out long johns and flannels...  Scarves and mittens too...
