When is anger good?  When is anger bad?  Sometimes in life things happen that make you mad.  However you can either do something about it or you can sit on your duff and talk about how you are going to do something but never do anything.  Good intentions are great!  But they will never amount to anything if you don't do naught!

What happens any time you get an eye exam?  You get eye drops and you can't see straight:  Especially in sunlight so your eye doctor makes sure that you are covered...  Like this...  Then you can drive around in your car while recovering from the eye drops.

Remember a time when you could have an opinion?  Before we decided to become oh so politically correct?  Will we become a nation of robots?  With no free speech or individualistic talent?  Once upon a time we lived to breathe life.  Now we live to survive.  Because...

You know, being able to express an opinion means that we either agree with each other or we agree to disagree.  However when all is said and done you are still just expressing an opinion and sharing your thoughts with each other.

Or should I say Good Night now that the day is mostly over?  This day passed by in a blur and although I didn't get to see an actual parade I did get to see a lot of people walking around in green and bits and pieces of what were probably going to be in a parade:  Like horse hooves with green bands around them.  Plus I saw a giant shamrock which was my personal giant four leaf clover find!

I finished up by having dinner at a Korean place.  Not very Irish of me!  I agree!  However very delicious and healthy to boot!  I have to admit that with all these quick eateries popping up all over the place you have no excuse for not eating healthy unless of course you simply don't want to.

Sometimes I think that if each person running for political office put their funding money towards the national debt then it would go down considerably but then again what do I know?  At any rate if you are planning to vote but don't know who to vote for then check out I Voters to get the facts about each candidate.

Accountability

Or the Lack Thereof

If push came to shove who would you trust?  The company that is upfront with you and holds itself accountable for your safety or the one that tells you that they neither confirm nor deny that they are causing you harm or trying to put one over on you with your hard earned money?

I personally commend companies like Tylenol and Jeni's Ice Cream that are not afraid to tell us the truth rather than the ones that keep us in the dark by making lame statements to the press.

Fare Thee Well

Downton Abbey

I just got home from a Downton Abbey Tea featuring the last episode of the last season which is now behind us.  No more wondering about Lady Mary or Lady Edith, or for that matter what's going on between Sprat and Denker...  We have gotten to know these characters well and if you're a writer then you have appreciated some really good writing for the past six years.  So with a toast to a brand new year Downton Abbey says farewell!  And living happily ever after it seems!

Driving Around Town

There's nothing like driving around town with the windows rolled down listening to your favorite station.  And then when a favorite song comes on.  Yeah!  Not sure what life would be like if there was no music in it.  So am definitely glad there is.

No sooner do we say goodbye to February and hello to March then we get hit by sudden gusty gales and high winds.  Exactly how does the weather know to do that?  I'm not complaining though since overall the weather really has not been that bad this winter.  I mean it's downright balmy at times!
